Fee Schedule

We do not believe in charging or adding on to a basic cost because of the price of the house, number of rooms, if the basement is finished, the number of fireplaces, pool, spa or the age of the home, as many other inspectors do. We do not feel this serves our customers best interests so, for your convenience we provide a simple fee schedule.

The minimum inspection fee is $299.00 This covers homes under 1500 sq ft and most condo's. If your home is larger, the fee will be slightly higher, please fill out the form below and you will receive a quote by either email or phone. You are also welcome to call us at 480-232-1875.
